General access data

We, the Sovacy UG (haftungsbeschränkt), collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store these as "server log files" on the server of the website. The following data is logged in this way:

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for legitimate security reasons (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO), e.g. in order to clarify cases of misuse. If data have to be deleted for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

Data when using the platform

Cookies

On sovacy.com a cookie with the name JSESSIONID is stored, which identifies the browser to the server as user after login. You can delete the stored cookies in your browser at any time. Register/Login via Google

If you create or log into an Sovacy account using your Google credentials via single sign-on, we will have access to certain information such as your name and email address as authorized in your Google Apps profile settings.

Contact details for payment services

Contact data for the payment service must be collected in order to carry out a bank transaction (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO). The following user data is stored by us:

The specified payment data will be transferred to our Payment Service Provider. This data will also be forwarded to your payment service provider for any necessary two-factor authentication.

Collection and processing of personal data

The website operator collects, uses and passes on your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data. Personal data is all information which serves to determine your person and which can be traced back to you - for example your name, e-mail address and telephone number. You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. In order to improve our online services, however, we store your access data to this website (without personal reference). If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. When you delete your user account, all your data is automatically deleted.

Sovacy Cloud

When using the Sovacy Cloud, all created and uploaded data and information is stored on the platform's systems. When deleted within the platform, a complete deletion of the stored information takes place.

Analysis of registrations via third-party providers

. If registration on the platform takes place via calling up an advertisement (Google Ads), the conversation is transferred to Google. This allows to optimize the advertising and to target customer segments.

Right of objection

Users of this website may exercise their right of objection and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
