Prerequisite for membership

Our platform serves the interaction and communication of people all over the world.
If you choose to be a part of this community, you tolerate different views and worldviews and do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender, descent, ethnic origin, language, home and origin, faith, religious or political beliefs.
For a respectful and fair interaction, the following rules must be observed:

• Use the same name as in real life.
• Use correct and accurate information in your profile
• You only use one account and don't give it away
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You have not yet been excluded from our service
• You do not publish any illegal, pornographic, offensive or violent content.

Should you violate these rules, we reserve the right to exclude you from our service.

Access to the storage cloud

For the provision of our service, the integration of a storage cloud is necessary. If you have given us your access data and a folder we are allowed to create, edit and delete files in your cloud.

Rights of use of content

In order to provide our services, we require that you have the right to use, modify and publish the digital content you create and upload.

Protection of other users

The storage, use and distribution of digital content by other users is prohibited. Furthermore, the systematic search and storage of information about other users is prohibited (crawling). This includes the use of data for analysis and evaluation purposes.
Furthermore, to protect members, we will delete content at our discretion if it does not comply with our policies.

Updating our Terms of Use

We will adapt our terms of use to the current circumstances in order to be able to offer our service in a high quality. If you do not agree with the changes, you can delete your account at any time.

Termination of accounts

You can cancel your account at any time. Thereby all data about you will be deleted, as far as we are not legally obliged to keep them.

Deactivate, ban and delete accounts

If you do not comply with the Terms of Use, we reserve the right to deactivate, ban or delete your account.

Search

To make it easier for other users to find you through a search, we store basic information about you in a database, if you allow us to.
